She works in collaboration with her clients, centering their lived experiences and strives to offer a non-judgemental space to talk about what is on your mind. Lisa has a particular interest in working with those who struggle with disordered eating, anti-fat bias, and chronic illness. She is passionate about being neurodivergent affirming, 2SLGBTQ+ allied, and weight inclusive.

Lisa takes a non-judgemental, down to earth approach to food. She strongly believes that all ways of nourishment are valid. She works in collaboration with her clients, centering their lived experiences and strives to offer a non-judgemental space to talk about what is on your mind. For the past decade, Lisa’s focus as been on supporting teens and adults with disordered eating and eating disorders while striving to be neurodivergent and LGBTQ affirming. She believes strongly in a weight-inclusive approach for all as well as offering a space to discuss weight concerns. Lisa has a particular interest in working with those who struggle with disordered eating, anti-fat bias, and chronic illness. She is passionate about being neurodivergent affirming, 2SLGBTQ+ allied, and weight inclusive.

Lisa identifies as a white, cisgender, neurodivergent, small fat woman. Her practice is grounded in principles of inclusivity, anti-oppression and trauma-informed care.
